Article & Module Misaligned

Hello

I don't know if it happens to someone else. but when I go to create a Row or create blocks, using a joomla article or the sp page builder module, everything seems misaligned. the same happens on 2 different servers: hostgator and webhostface. I did a clean install and it still looks misaligned.
