Price List On Termpate

Greetings, On this page https://phoenixsalonllc.com/beta1/index.php/service-list there is a few price lists.
When you try to change anything even just the price it blows out the pre set formatting and pushing everything to the left.
How do I change this without loosing the formatting???? Thanks, Bob
