problem with rental equipment

on my ecommerce I have rental products, I simply overide the askquestion item, so without putting any price, I get the tast ask question transformed into rental material .... my problem is that this item I can not show it on the home page, in the list of main products, the word "for hire" does not appear .... what can I do?

template used: megadeal_ii_template_j3_v2.4

I also realized that the price is not displayed on the product detail page .... I tried to ask for support from the virtuemart forum, according to them it could be a template problem

May I know how did you override, please as you mention in your question that your overrided it?

A screencast will be better.

actually I made some changes, which file should I replace to restore the original version? yes for the price field in product detail that in "ask a question" on the home page under the product ....... I would like to make a screecast, but I don't understand how to do it

I solved the price display on the product detail page by replacing the price.php file with another one from another template not of your management .... under this folder templates / shaper_megadeal_ii / html / com_virtuemart / sublayouts
now the problem remains on the home page where, under the priceless product, it does not display the words "ask a question"

Hello,

Actually, you need to revert the process of what you have done to override that.

It is not recommended to replace files that are not our products, as those files might not have the same structure/codes/classes etc!

And you can use any online tool to upload your screencast and then share just the link of it with us.
