Image Carousel With Pop Up - Trouble

Hi team.
I'm struggling to get the image carousel with pop up to work, it keeps showing 4 images per slide and I can't change the height either. I'm trying to get it to show 3 per slide and be about 250 px high - but no matter what I do, nothing changes.

Accepted Answerthat dosen help to set it zero and if i make a new image carousel with pop up some time the items per slide foction is there and others is not. no matter if is set to 2 og others numbers it dosen change anything. so for me is looking like an error ind the image carousel with popup elements.
