Cloudflare Always Cuts My Conection To My Joomshaper Account

Hi I am one of your clients since a few years ... last week my connetcion to joomshaper was suddenly cut by cloudflaire saying that joomshaper limits the traffic ... why is that? Is there a way to stop that behavior so that I am not interrupted when I have things to check - read documentions or try to download Extension

Cloudflare utilizes a proprietary threat intelligence engine to identify and mitigate suspicious traffic or potential spam. If you are being blocked or repeatedly challenged, it may be due to your current IP reputation or browser fingerprint.

As a troubleshooting step, try accessing the site using the Opera browser with its built-in VPN enabled. This will assign you a different IP address and may resolve the connection issue.

My provider shares IP addresses with multiple users. Apparently, I didn't deactivate my session tabs with Joomshaper, and when I tried to log in a few days later, my provider assigned me a different IP address – that's when Cloudflare started flagging it.

We cannot add your IP to white-list, so you have to use method that I descibed above. From time to time, it shouldn't be a big deal.
