Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Hello,

Please check now. The issue is related to the module you are using. When the module is published in the header position, it does not work properly — not only with our template, but also with the Joomla Cassiopeia template. You can verify this from your end as well.

I have made some code changes in the following file to fix the issue temporarily:

JRoot/modules/mod_jt_login/tmpl/default.php

Since this is a third-party module and does not belong to us, we recommend contacting the module provider for further clarification and a permanent solution.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks. i also tried with you built-in solution ( not external module) but i also have a design problem once connected ( all elements of menu bar seems having a margin !) Sorry for all my questions but i hope this can help to improve template.

Hello Damien,

Glad to hear the login issue is now resolved.

Regarding the design after login, we’re unable to assist with styling or customization of third-party extensions such as JT Login. Our support is limited to functionality-related issues and our own template/framework.

For design improvements, I would recommend checking the module’s documentation or reaching out to the JT Login extension developer, as they can best guide you on available styling options and overrides.

Thank you for your understanding.

I understand. Can you just recheck shortly. i disabled module to stay "100% joomshaper" but also have a strange design of menu bar after login.
