And buding a template with demo dummy views is not good way for anyone.

Rebuiling facebook or similar platform is not unprofitable, because code development takes many months rather than weeks. I remember first steps of JomSocial 1.0, it took a while before that component was really useful. I was even in their office and talked with the team during the lunch, yes it was years ago before AI.
