For new users, we always recommend reviewing the documentation first, as it provides a clear overview of how the form logic and configuration work.
Regarding the email sending behavior: the issue is not related to the email body, but rather to the email headers. If any of the header fields (such as To, CC, or BCC) contain invalid data, the mail server will reject the request and the email will not be sent. This is a server-level validation and cannot be overridden or forced by the extension itself.
As for the phone number formatting (e.g. +380 (12) 345-67-89), this type of input masking or auto-formatting is currently not supported within the addon.
