Hi team,

I am experiencing an issue with a form that contains only a phone number field.

Could you please test the integration between Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder by creating a pop-up form with just a single phone number input and a submit button?

On my end, this setup is not working. The email is not being sent, and no success or error messages are displayed upon clicking submit.

Additional context: The form itself was built using Page Builder, but the submit button is implemented via your Page Builder module. I suspect this specific combination might be causing the glitch.

The issue is related to the configuration of your Form Builder addon. Specifically, the email template setup (both the email header and email body) is referencing dynamic variables that are not available in your current form fields. For example, an email variable has been used, but there is no corresponding email field defined in your form. This mismatch is causing the error during processing.

Please review and update your form configuration accordingly. Ensure that only variables tied to existing form fields are used in the email header and body. Once the placeholders match the available fields, the issue should be resolved.

Unclear answer. In the admin panel it is visible that only the "Recording form" is working. Other forms are unpublished attempts or Back_up. You have superuser access, standard login

Thanks for the answer. It worked. I will say from myself that this form operation is convenient, but not at all obvious to those who use it for the first time. Therefore, it would be better to add a more dynamic and understandable help to the component itself. Also, a message from the form "invalid form" is needed. Because in this case, the obvious thing is the breakdown of the mail itself, not the form settings. The letter MUST BE SENT, even if it is empty or with an error message.

If so, give advice on what to do so that the number in the form is written beautifully, for example +380 (12) 345-67-89. Thank you very much.

For new users, we always recommend reviewing the documentation first, as it provides a clear overview of how the form logic and configuration work.

Regarding the email sending behavior: the issue is not related to the email body, but rather to the email headers. If any of the header fields (such as To, CC, or BCC) contain invalid data, the mail server will reject the request and the email will not be sent. This is a server-level validation and cannot be overridden or forced by the extension itself.

As for the phone number formatting (e.g. +380 (12) 345-67-89), this type of input masking or auto-formatting is currently not supported within the addon.
