Hi JoomShaper Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring database table "check-in" lock issue specifically within EasyStore on my Joomla 5.4.6 site (running the Helix Ultimate framework).

The Bug: Every single time I open an EasyStore Collection, make an edit, and press Save, the specific database table associated with EasyStore fails to check back in or release its database lock correctly.

When I navigate to System ➔ Maintenance ➔ Global Check-in, Joomla flags the EasyStore database table item as checked out (locked), forcing me to manually select the item and check it back in to clear it. It happens reliably every single time a Collection is modified.

Visual Evidence: I have attached a short QuickTime screen recording showing the exact replication steps, the save action, and the resulting database status screen error.

Could your development team please investigate why the saving routine for Collections is failing to complete its database session check-in?
