Hi

In the coming days i will have occasions to meet swiss business owners and maybe create their website with Joomla and SPPB / Easystore ( some asked for demo) What should i tell them ??? Do you have any beta version of Multilingual / multicurrency ? Still not ? Just few statistics i gave to one of your colleagues a few days ago Swiss = 3 languages , 1 currency 40 000 shops ( and something like 620 000 business ) that may use your components once ready .... e-commerce website with approximative cost of 9000 chf (and much more) . Just think how much businesses from french / german border and of course swiss could be impacted , just because you take so long to reinvent what hikashop does since 2010 ....Instead of blocking all those businesses, if you arent capable of doing in time, give your customers and their developpers the possibilities of making extensions grow. Stop making us wait and wait with just "it is on our todo list" .

I get even more possibilities of making demos of your components and still have to refuse, just because you take years to add functions that newbies like me create in 2 hours with help of ai.

Please have more consideration for your customers.

Sincerly yours

Damien

Hello Damien,

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and for your interest in promoting our products with your clients.

We truly appreciate your effort and the opportunities you are working on with Swiss businesses.

Multilingual and multicurrency support are already in our highest priority roadmap. We understand how important these features are for international markets like Switzerland, and we are actively working on them.

We are currently focusing on the ongoing release, and once it is completed, we are hopeful that the next steps will include progress on these features.

Thank you again for your support and patience.

Best regards,

I understand but you should be more transparent about such evolutions, publish roadmap, work with users to make tests before publishing versions that they cant use in countries. there are so much ways to receive feedbacks / help of your customers. What is difficult on customers side is the permanent " wait we will publish soon" , when it 1 year to wait, sometimes more.
