Hi David,

In some older templates like this one, it was hard-coded in template style (css).

And to remove fixed header you have to use Custom CSS, in your case use:

#sp-header.menu-fixed, 
#sp-mobile-header.menu-fixed {position: relative !important; }

Template settings > Custom Code (tab) > Custom CSS

This is your template, why don't the standard settings work?

If I have to put in overrides for every setting Im not using it and you should update it for Joomla 6 and the latest helix or take it down.

1. I don't know. As I said it's older template based on Helix3.
2. Use it ones, and forget. I guess, you need to disable fixed header on each subpage.
