Hello Today my website is down and displays the following message:

Environment Setup Incomplete It looks like you are trying to run Joomla! from our git repository. To do so requires you complete a couple of extra steps first.

Please, I need your help. I don't know what to do. If anyone has had this same problem and found a solution, please let me know. Thank you.

PD: I also can't access the administrator panel.

Thanks for contacting us. This message typically appears when some Joomla core files are missing, corrupted, or an update/restoration did not complete successfully.

Please check the following:

  1. If you recently updated Joomla, restore a backup and try the update again.
  2. Re-upload a fresh copy of the same Joomla version currently installed on your site, replacing only the Joomla core files (do not overwrite your configuration.php file).
  3. Check whether the file /libraries/vendor/composer/installed.php and other Joomla core files are present and not corrupted.
  4. Review your hosting error logs to see if any files were deleted or if there were permission issues.
  5. If you have a recent backup, restoring the site may be the fastest solution.

Hi again

I've tried what you suggested, but it's not working. Unfortunately, I didn't back up the website. I manually reinstalled Joomla! 5.4.6, but it's still not working. I checked that all the important files are there, and they're all present. Please help me by checking, as I don't know what else to do.

I am providing you with the requested information. Joomla version 5.4.6 Joomla was automatically updated in May. The only screenshot is the one I already sent you.

I cannot access the Joomla administration panel

I hope you can help me, and thank you in advance.
