Instead of providing cPanel access, you can import the attached SQL file containing the mzr5i_sppagebuilder_versions table directly into your database.

To do this:

1. Log in to your hosting control panel and open phpMyAdmin.
2. Select the database used by your Joomla website.
3. Click the Import tab.
4. Choose the attached SQL file.
5. Click Go to start the import process.

Once the table has been imported successfully, please check whether the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, let us know and we will investigate further.
