Corrupted Database After Installing J4 Quickstart Template Fixter

After trying it twice on a blank webspace, the Fixter J4 quickstart package produces an inoperable website. Firstly, the package contains an outdated Joomla version 4.0.3, and secondly, there is no way to update neither Joomla nor any extension due to a database error: "Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id.". Trying to fix the database from the maintenance page doesn't work and just runs into the same error. Please check your quickstart package.

Accepted AnswerThanks for the answer, but there is nothing to check. The problem exists right after installation and should be easily reproducable on any clean webspace. Furthermore the same problem happened with the Yoga template. I decided to give up with those and restarted with the basic Helix Ultimate template. Regards.
