Easy Image Gallery - Options?

HI all, Just starting to use this gallery and have two questions please:
- Loading more than a few (say 10 images) causes the uploads to fail - I am using JR image optimizer on the site is there a problem with this?
- The caption bar in mobile view obsures too much of the image but there appears to be no way to change this - or have I missed something?

Accepted AnswerUpdate on my questions, I also do not have the SP Easy Image Gallery Module installed and can find nowhere to download it from?

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had so far.
To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.
Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.
