Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

It happens for the file and folder permission.

Recommended permissions:

Folders: 755 Files: 644

Note: your site is live now.

Hi thanks, looks like it's working again Ok, checking up on my host so it will be changed. Should I then be able to make an update to Joomla 5?

Would it be ok to disable: System - SP PageBuilder System - SP Page Builder Pro Updater System - SP Cookie Consent Update and enable them without losing anything?

I made a backup yesterday. Joomla is updated to 5.4.6 Everything worked as it should late last night but this morning there were errors again. I think it's easiest to rebuild than spend more time on this one. The problem is that I have several websites with probably the same error.

Disappointed! It turns out to be your Helix that is causing the trouble. I have spent a lot of time on it and think it is not good enough from you.

I have uninstalled and as I did so I received an email about a new version. It has been installed and now everything works.
