Stratos Template - How To Remove All The Pink To Match A Selected Theme?

I'm new to JoomShaper and Helix framework, in the past I used to Gantry where I could change the theme easily, now I need to learn a few things. As you can imagine, I'm a little frustrated as I simply can't figure this out and seems a little complicated or maybe just different for me.

Based on my research, I believe I need a custom.css to override these things so they survive future updates. I just don't know the correct code to change everything to match Stratos Theme 4.

Before I start doing anything with this site I want to sort out these theme colors. This is a fresh full install stratos_quickstart_j6_v1.0.3.

If I select Theme 4, how can I change all the active buttons, text, the borders on the buttons, arrows...etc. that are not changing with the Theme select as well as the light pink bottom section, the sp-carousel...etc. I want to get ride of all he pink off this template and make it blue (to be compatible with Theme 4).

I will need help with the correct code and whether to put this in a custom css, or use SP Page Builder and add the codes there.

Thank you in advance for your support!

John

Hi Mehtaz,

First of all, thank you for reaching out!

You really don't really need a link, it's the standard Stratos template, the defaults are all highlighted in pink (Magenta), however here is my build site, nothing has been done except as I mentioned changes it to Theme 4, I don't want to invest any time on this template if I can't get rid of that pink, I run a business consulting firm, pink is not appropriate as you can imagine. JoomShaper Stratos: https://www.writers-block.ca/

Here is my site I'm replacing so you can get an idea of what I'm trying to replace: https://www.consulting-japan.com/

I have taken screen shots, however, there's no way to add a PDF with highlights or images in this post.

Kind regards,

John

Hi Mehtaz,

I did, but as you can see, there are pink highlights everywhere.

The preset only changed the text in the menu?

Are these presets supposed to change everything in the template? If so, it's not working.

Oh no sorry, presets does not change all of this. You have to use custom CSS to change this, but you have to change it individually. This blog may help you to apply CSS.
