Hi, after sppagebuilder ugrade, all articles appears blank ! https://www.proxaut.com/chi-siamo/valori https://www.proxaut.com/lavora-con-noi https://www.proxaut.com/chi-siamo/organizzazione etc... Articles are present in backend and they appear correctly in SPPagebuilder internal preview. Any suggestion ? The site is live, so it's somewhat urgent. Thanks a lot for the support. Regards.

The file that has been flagged as a false positive is:

plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/com_content/article/default.php

We will update you as soon as we receive a response from the Imunify360 team.

Please try reinstalling the Helix Ultimate Plugin and then check whether the issue is resolved.

Also, could you please confirm whether your hosting provider uses Imunify360? Some of our users have reported that Imunify360 incorrectly identifies one of the core files in the Helix Ultimate Plugin as malicious and automatically removes it. After investigating these cases, we found that this is a false positive, and the missing file can cause Helix Ultimate pages to appear blank or not render correctly.

If Imunify360 is enabled on your hosting, please ask your hosting provider to check the quarantine logs and restore any Helix Ultimate files that may have been removed.

Please let us know the results, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Thanks for your kind and prompt support. It works! Can you kindly list the files which files are in question? That way, I can report them to the provider to add to whitelist. Thanks in advance. Regards.

The Imunify360 security team has resolved the false-positive issue. Please update your malware signatures and run a new scan. The file should no longer be flagged.

If you still encounter the detection after updating and rescanning, please let us know, and we'll investigate further.
