Please try reinstalling the Helix Ultimate Plugin and then check whether the issue is resolved.
Also, could you please confirm whether your hosting provider uses Imunify360? Some of our users have reported that Imunify360 incorrectly identifies one of the core files in the Helix Ultimate Plugin as malicious and automatically removes it. After investigating these cases, we found that this is a false positive, and the missing file can cause Helix Ultimate pages to appear blank or not render correctly.
If Imunify360 is enabled on your hosting, please ask your hosting provider to check the quarantine logs and restore any Helix Ultimate files that may have been removed.
