BUG : Css Broken When SPPB Rights are Assigned

Hi,

I have found a bug on SPPB latest release. WHen I assign rights on a group for instance, then css is broken on front-end.

Ok I understand but this a major bug because everything is broken when we save rights. so this is not a small thing....
