Joomla 4 Upgrade Fatal Error: 500 - Whoops (Helix Ultimate / SP Page Builder)

Hello Support Team,
Due to the recent security vulnerabilities associated with SP Page Builder, we have been proactively upgrading our portfolio of websites.
We recently began upgrading some of our static sites from Joomla 3.x to Joomla 4.x (running on PHP 8.0). During the upgrade process for one of these sites, we encountered a fatal frontend and backend error:
"The server returned a '500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong.'"
Environment Details:

PHP Version: 8.0
Key Extensions: Helix Ultimate, SP Page Builder
My hosting provider is unable to assist further as they do not have the necessary access or expertise with Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder to troubleshoot extension conflicts.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this compatibility issue? I can provide full cPanel and Joomla Administrator credentials in a secure/private message if needed.

To investigate the issue further, we will need access to your Joomla Administrator panel as well as your cPanel account. Please share the following credentials with us via a private reply:
- Joomla Administrator URL, username, and password
- cPanel URL, username, and password
Once we have access, we will investigate the cause of the 500 error and check for any compatibility issues related to Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder during the Joomla upgrade process.
