Helix 3 Framework Reverting Itself Back To Version 3.1.0

I have an issue with the Helix 3 Framework reverting itself back to version 3.1.0 after some time, even though I have already updated it multiple times — first to 3.1.1, then 3.1.2, and now to 3.1.3. The update process completes successfully, but after a while the framework version unexpectedly rolls back to 3.1.0. This older version is vulnerable, so I need to understand why this downgrade happens and what could be causing it. Under what circumstances can Helix 3 automatically revert to an older version, and how can I prevent this from happening?

Under normal circumstances, Helix3 does not automatically revert to an older version after a successful update.
If the framework is repeatedly changing back to version 3.1.0, it is usually caused by an external factor, such as:
- A backup or deployment process restoring older files.
- A hosting control panel or Git deployment synchronizing an older version.
- A server-side cache or snapshot restoration.
- A site compromise or unauthorized file modifications.
Could you please let us know whether you're using any deployment tools, automated backups/restores, or version control on your site?
Additionally, please provide temporary Joomla administrator access and, if possible, FTP access so we can investigate the issue further.
