Hello JoomShaper Team,

I have an active Personal subscription and I downloaded the official package celestia_quickstart_j6_v1.0.3.zip directly from my JoomShaper account.

When I try to upload the Quickstart package to my hosting account using cPanel File Manager, the upload is blocked by the server's malware scanner.

The exact message is:

(HEX)Malware.Expert.php.wildcard.comment.upload.UNOFFICIAL FOUND

The upload is cancelled before the file is extracted.

Since the package was downloaded directly from the official JoomShaper website, I believe this may be a false positive.

Could you please verify:

Has this issue been reported by other users? Is there an updated Quickstart package available? Do you know which file inside the Quickstart package might trigger this detection? Can you confirm that the current celestia_quickstart_j6_v1.0.3.zip package is clean?

My hosting is using a malware scanner (possibly Imunify360 or ClamAV), and this is the first time I have experienced this issue with a JoomShaper product.
