PS Property - Appointment Request Form

I have a problem: When I enable the option to display the viewing request form, I always get this error in the frontend: “Class ‘JDispatcher’ not found” This happens even when I enable the contact form for Agents

Please help me resolve this issue, or tell me what settings I need to enable the forms in the SP Property component.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
