Update SPPB from 1.0.4 to latest - what a dramma ..

Hello, I am writing to you because I am running out of ideas ;)

I was approached by a friend who needed to update his website. I agreed, because what is so difficult about it hehe ;) It turned out that Joomla had to be upgraded from 3.5.1 to the latest and SPPB from 1.0.4 to the latest. I had a bunch of problems along the way but eventually managed to upgrade Joomla to the latest version after disabling all SPPB add-ons at the time. The only problem I have left is when updating SPPB a message appears:

at the moment I am working on a copy of the service so as not to damage the production version and to take the order of things in order to update the actual service later without any problems.

Please help to update the SPPB from the prechistoric version to the latest. I have been struggling with this since the day before yesterday and my brain has already evaporated after all the problems along the way.

Hi Rashida, thx for answer ^_^ ... yes but there is one problem, now i have onlu 3.7.12 version, ccan you provide me with older versions so that I can update from version 1.0.4 ?

Thank you Rashida, I was able to download the package. I will get on with the updates.

Ok so yes, (Joomla 3.5.1, PHP7.2.34) I updated the ajax_helix3 and system_helix3 plugins to the latest versions. Then i updated SPPB from version 1.0.4 to version 1.4 - everything works fine, then to 2.5.4 - everything works fine. I upgraded the PHP version to 7.3 - everything works correctly. I've updated Joomla from 3.5.1 to 3.6.5, I've checked the database structure after the update - it's good, an error has appeared on the main page:

".border-radius is undefined: /home/matten/domains/uptest.pl/public_html/templates/shaper_soccer/less/master.less on line 14"

So I disabled LESS to CSS compression and the page came back. - However, the articles are not displayed

Do you have any idea why ? Should I worry about it ? or should I go with the update and deal with it at the end ?

Would you check, please?

And where you can not see them? In blog page or elsewhere?

The test site is hosted locally on a server and does not have its own address. However, you can get to it by adding the entry (given in the hidden section) in the hosts file

Do you have a full site backup, please?

Then you may go ahead and continue the updating process...

It would be great if you give me a screenshot of the issue as you are saying the articles not show.

Hi Rashida ;)

I went further with the update. I did SPPB and joomla one by one. Everything was stable until I switched from SPPB 3.6.3 to 3.7.11. As you can see on the screen we have among others sql table error. I think the problem is quite a big jump in versions between 3.6.3 and 3.7.11. Could I get intermediate packages between versions ? The previous archive you provided 1.4->3.6.3 worked perfectly and the update went without any problem.

Yes but screenshot is in message above.
