Dynamic Content is Non Responsive?

Good morning
I have a page showing persons of a team. It's just their name above the photo. The photo is small, like ID-card size.
The layout is a grit of 5 columns with a 32 column gap and a 55 row gap. So just normal. (I think :))
On computerscreen, everything is normal. On mobile phones, holding it upright, I only see 3 colums, and the 4th is halfway cut-off. I can't scroll sideways on my phone to see the rest. Turning the phone into landscape position, it's like the responsive kick in, and I can see everything again.
