Hello, I have a problem with SP Page Builder. It looks like a hacker attack; when I restore a backup of the site, everything goes back to normal for a while—the same happens after updating PHP and Joomla. I also cannot apply changes in SP Page Builder, delete a page, save anything, or perform an update. After a moment, everything reverts to the version without the update.

Yes, you have signs of infection since July 2026 (malware files with that date), that's why the current backup doesn't help.

Can I ask for FTP access to upload clean Joomla files? If not, download/use the Joomla 4.4 update package and upload all files using FTP. Then the site should run again.

Ok, done. I updated all extensions and cleaned the site. All works. Now your turn/tasks:
- Make a full backup (just in case).
- Your Joomla 4.4.14 is outdated. Update to a supported Joomla version (5.x/6.x).
- Install the Firewall component.
