I can't renew Page Builder Pro Agency because Complete Payment does nothing

I am trying to renew my current Page Builder Pro - Agency subscription for another year using the early renewal offer of $199.20/year (regularly $249).

I reach the payment window, which displays:

Payment in progress...
Your payment will be handled by our merchant, FastSpring. Please click on the button below to proceed with completing the payment.

When I click Complete Payment, nothing happens. I expect it to open the FastSpring payment screen so I can complete my renewal.

I have already tried Chrome, Firefox, and Chrome on Android, but the problem persists in all of them.

How can I place an order or renew my current subscription?
