Sorry for your experience.

Your pages aren't lost. https://cbwia.marszalek.com.pl/zespol, /dzialalnosc and /contact all open correctly. The 404 only happens on links that contain /index.php/, and your menu currently uses that format.

To fix it:

1. In your Joomla admin, go to System → Global Configuration → Site → SEO Settings.
2. Set "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Use URL Rewriting" both to Yes, then click Save & Close.
3. Clear the cache: System → Maintenance → Clear Cache (in Joomla 3: System → Clear Cache), then delete all.

Your menu links will then use the working format (/zespol and so on). Old /index.php/ links from Google or bookmarks may still show 404 for a while. You can redirect them in Components → Redirects.

If it still doesn't work, please share temporary admin access in a private reply, and we'll check it for you.

Sprawdź zawartość swojego pliku .htaccess. W Joomla 3, 4, 5 i 6.x to on jest odpowiedzialny za działanie linków.
Być może coś ci nadpisało jego zawartość. Porównaj z plikiem oryginalnym "htaccess.txt". Skup się na sekcji "SEF Section" i jeśli jej brakuje, to wklej.

To nie ma nic wspólnego z szablonem ani z SPPB.
