Swedish translation for SP Page Builder 6.10.0 completed

Asked by Stefan Gagner 2 days ago Last activity 2 days ago

Hi JoomShaper team,

The Swedish (sv-SE) translation for SP Page Builder Pro 6.10.0 is now complete and available from SvenskJoomla:

Download the Swedish language package from https://svenskjoomla.se/oversattningar/joomshaper/category/23-joomshaper.html

The installable package contains 12 language files covering the component, module and included plugins. Installation and interface checks were carried out on Joomla 6.2.0.

During testing, we found several English texts that remain untranslated because they are hardcoded rather than loaded through language keys:

  • Addon group headings: Structure, General, Content, Slider
  • Addon settings tabs: General, Style, Advanced
  • Background and overlay options: None, Color, Image, Gradient, Pattern
  • Transform controls: Move, Rotate, Scale, Skew, Transform Origin, Top, Left
  • Other panel labels, including Heading, Image, Text Block, Icon, Overlay and the column Width label
In the editor’s bundle.min.js, the addon group headings are rendered directly from category names, while several tabs and controls use literal English labels.

Could you make these texts translatable through language keys in a future release? This would allow us to complete the Swedish interface and would benefit other translations as well.

Please let us know if you would like the translation files supplied directly or submitted through your preferred translation workflow.

Best regards,
Stefan Gagner

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for your valuable contribution and for completing the Swedish translation of SP Page Builder Pro 6.10.0.

We sincerely appreciate the time and effort you've put into translating and testing the language package.

Regarding the hardcoded English texts you've identified, thank you for bringing these to our attention and providing such detailed information. We understand how important it is to make these interface elements translatable for multilingual users.

We will share your findings and suggestions with our development team for review and consideration in a future update.

Thank you again for your continued support and contribution to the JoomShaper community.

Best regards.
