Hi,
I may be wrong, but I can guess that
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
is not from our Template nor SPPB pro. I couldn't find this line inside Quickstart. It was only ones inside TinyMCE editor. Maybe it's from addcional component.
About padding: Parse Error.
you have to check addon / column / row settings? and set default value.
I hope that upcoming SPPB 4 would be much better in this area.
About warning: The type text/css attribute for the style element
It request changes in source code of all used extensions/template maybe, etc. So cannot be just disabled just like that.
