Problem with SP PAge Builder

Hi, I have problems with SP Page Builder Pro, when trying to edit one of the pages it stays loading and does not enter the editor, clear cache, update the component, clear the server cache, delete cookies, thank you for your prompt help .

Does it happen with front-end editor or back-end editor as well?
