Cant See Text On Button Before Hover

Hi there,
I am using the template "educon" and got an optical problem. I linked a kategory blog in the mainmenu but all content-links are just shown as big red buttons without text. When I hover the cursor to the button the text appears but for visitors this may be very confusing. I guess the text (see picture) has the same color like the button and just by hovering the cursor above the button, the yellow textcolor appears. how can I let all texts of all buttons get shown?

Copy paste this file inside the German language directory & change the file name
en-GB.tpl_shaper_educon.ini to de-DE.tpl_shaper_educon.ini
Open the de-DE.tpl_shaper_educon.ini file in your editor & find out the HELIX_COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE_TITLE="Read More" and change the Read More language string

Accepted AnswerOk, thanks now it works. but the hover-text effect is not working right. Also I would like to know, what did you do to change it? Because, if I want to create a new menu later on, will the changes be global or just for that URL?

Accepted AnswerOh I am sorry, i wrote this in the hidden answer.
I downloaded the "educon" german language package and tried to translate the "read more" button to german. But there is no string to find in override.
When I switch the hole joomla-language to english I can change it in the overrides. But for my pupil the language has to be in german

Accepted AnswerOk here is the problem:
- Installed German Language Package and also the Systemsettings are german
- In this case, the red button (see picture) is still in english "read more"
- Problem: In Language options override (as you can see on the left side of the screenshot) I cannot find the string to change the text
- BUT: If I would change the hole language sytemsettings to english It would work. But that is not optional because my pupil do need the hole page in german.
therefore I am searching for the possibility to translate stuff like that
