Stellar Sticky Header OFF But Still Shows

I have the sticky header turned off but it is still remains on. Stellar template, only on one page of website and that is the home page: https://jackh37.sg-host.com/commercial_properties/#content. How do I not have a sticky header?

Would you please try to clear your Joomla and browser cache?

And give me your admin access to check the issue if it not helps, kindly.
