Hi.

I have an existing page that normally appears in frontend but in the sppb it is empty and I can not edit it.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I could not figure out the issue. Could you please re-create the page again? I have checked that page on my localhost and found the same issue. I assume that you have used Raw HTML or any third-party code which is creating this issue.
