I saw your tutorial for coundown here, LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9fjgO-6oM4 

I'm wondering if I can make it to repeit itseld. For example if a new person visit the site the counter will start up to 5 mins. The next day for example it should be start from this 5 minutes again.

Sorry, this feature does not exist. You have to set the countdown every day. This will not change automatically.

I am not sure about it. I don't have the idea of the possiblity of doing this. Generally, this kind of countdown (in your given example) are set manually.
