Fresh Install Of Joomla! + SP Page Builder V3.7.12 - Joomla! Database Tables Not Up To Date!

Hi:

Just done a fresh Install of Joomla! + SP Page Builder v3.7.12.

Under [Maintenance: Database] it says for SP Page Builder:-

There are tables not up to date!

For SP page Builder it shows "Databse version = 3.7.10" and "Manifest Version = 3.7.12".

Ticking "Checkbox" against SP Page Builder and clicking on [Update Structure] doesn't fix the problem :-(
