Hi,
I like the new forum and I think it is a big advantage to the "hidden" ticketing system.
Nevertheless, i have some issues and some improvement proposals for the support forum:
- Very annoying currently: Notification e-mails come late or don't come at all, sometimes I also get multiple notification e-mails for the same answer. But as I don't need these e-mails most of the time, I need a way to switch them on or off completely (or for each question)!
- The notification system is nice, but i always get double notifications for a single answer
- please support native image upload (no links to other sites like imgur needed!) to questions
- please add a "back to top" button on the bottom of the page, which makes it easier to go back up in long question/answer threads
- A second "back to questions" link at the bottom of each question page would be helpful as well for easier navigation
- the text entry field shows an irritating behaviour: I make heavy use of the "Pos1 / end" keys on my keyboard to jump to the beginning or end of a line of text. In this text entry box, when using Pos1 or End key the cursor jumps to the start or end of the actual paragraph instead to the start/end of the actual line. This is highly irritating and makes it hard to navigate inside a text!
