You have used this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

.offcanvas-menu .offcanvas-inner .sp-sign-in {
    position: relative;
    top: 44px;
}

Please remove it. Additionally, if you have edited template.css, then please remove all of them. Add your custom style in Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS. If you edit the template.css, then it will be overwritten with any template update and you will lose your work. Please follow this documentation
