Dear team,

I don't have any answer since 6 days to the ticket: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/5664#qa-answer-28218 .

I need a solution with my problem, your software doesn't work and looks that you have a problem with the reception or my messages I wrote you with several test that we made, but I don´t received any answer.

Please, Can you check it?
