From Builder Not Working Since Updates

Hi, I've got a site I've just had go live and the form I created with form builder no longer sends the message to the required email address. To prove it was the update I went to another webiste I've created that I hadn't updated and filled the form out and it sent fine, then after running the updates on that site the form no longer sends.
Anyone have any suggestions on why it's not working? I have some unhappy customers that currently can't recieve enquiries from their webiste!
