just to clearify.

A potential customer write his information in the contactformular and HIS email address (not my email address). And the email need to send to him and me.

This is a basic function and I cant find it in the SP Page Builder own formular builder.

Your screenshot is not helping me. What I need to configure to get what I need?

The customer need to get the email and I need to get the email too. Because it is a contactformular. Then the customer need to get what he wrote and I need to know it too.

Formular --> Send a email to me and to his address.

You are site owner you will get an email and customer also get an email if you use the form builder addon. I have checked the form builder addon & it works fine. Thanks

there is no single input box to write an email address in it for me.

And I build websites for my customer. So at all sometimes they are 10+ administrators. But 1 special email address need to get this email too.

Just as a information. The guys they need to get this email too have NEVER access to joomla or the websites and get NEVER an Joomla account by the way.

I think you dont understood, that there is a input field missing in the SP Page Builder configuration.

There need to be a option, that the customer get the email too. I get the email, because I wrote my email in the field of the configuration. But then my customer get nothing.

I have no backup at all now and I need to finish this website. They are a lot of other problems allready with the SP Page Builder. No PHP plugin, but guys want this allready for 4-6 years ago. I mean it is a basic function in Joomla. You can normally put PHP code inside in a modul and it is working, but not in the SP Page Builder page. Even with the 2 documentated plugins on your website. The first plugin is not there anymore and the developer shut the website down.

I want only, that the customer get the email and me too. I get the email, but my customer not. This should be a simple checkbox option in the sp page builder formular send options.

Exactly. Another important and basic function is missing in your SP Page Builder software.

BASCIS! It is normal that you receive an email and the guy they wrote the information in. This is standard.

I paid 300 Euro for more trouble and useless garbage. A unfinished product and I am allready a tester again.

I make for sure a nice review and count minimum 100 negative points and missing basics.

This and the missing PHP modul are the 2 important things. This was the first and last time I paid for this...

If I raise for a refund, then I am not able to use these "pro features" anymore. I created allready a website for myself and I try to create one for my customer. So then I cant use this anymore. You know how many weeks / months this take? Then I need to create these websites again and waste a big amount of money. I cant do this.

A refund is no option. Do your work and implemented important basics. Looks like in the last years there was no single software tester.

It is really simple. If the basics get not implemented I will not buy it again. And how I said, I will do a review and write all the negative points of the view of a software developer and IT expert ass well.

BTW I bought this tool just to save time. I think I can create really fast and nice websites with it. But bugs, bug finding and missing basic functions steal still my time. I told this allready all other supporter.

From like 6 supporter and problems I got now only 1 nice and right answer. This guy was a really good supporter in your team. All other points are hard bugs or missing basic functions. This make really no fun to use the SP Page Builder.

I am sorry from my entire team. I know the refund is not a solution, besides a bad review will be demotivated to do a good product. We are working hard to release Page Builder 4. Currently, we are struggling to make compatible Helix Ultimate with Joomla 4 with. Just drop here your email address & I will send you the package before release Page Builder 4. You can contact our sales team for refund. After all, I lost one of our valuable user :(

I dont waste my time and contact anybody. They have to contact me and give me a working solution. Just the time I spend here costs me more then 300 Euro. Because in this time here I cant work for my customers. This is expensive. I am feeling like a alpha tester and I paid for a "finished" product.

I bought the biggest package, because I wanted to support and use it. My target was to save time and create a lot of websites per year. I mean this is the best advertising for you - if the product is working.

I wrote my email address in the hidden content. But I dont know how is this helping me.

This is what I mean. Like 3 years ago other guys saw that this basic function is missing. 3 years!

But these guys say I can use maybe "CC or BCC" in the "Email templateE section.

I hope really this is working.
