Dropdown Caret is Not Displaying On All Pages

I am using Helix Ultimage.
The dropdown carets to the right of the menu items are not displaying on all pages. They display on this page (and all top-level pages): https://www.southark.edu/admissions
But they do not display on this page (and many other second-level pages): https://www.southark.edu/admissions/resources/course-schedules
This is all since the upgrade to 2.02.

Would you please check that if you have enabled the font awesome within the Advanced tab of your template options there?
Then clearing your Joomla and browser cache also helps.

Accepted AnswerFont Awesome was not enabled. I enabled it and cleared my cache.
Still the same result. No caret on most of the secondary menu items.
