Hello

Thank you for your query.

This issue can be caused by JCE editor. Can you please try using TinyMCE editor for now? You can change your default editor in the Global Configuration.

Thank you that has resolved it.

Unfortunately I'll have to keep switching editors to be able to work this site and SPPB as JCE is far better for articles and image browser management and the rest of Joomla.

This is not a solution to keep swithcing and a client won't be able to deal with this challenge so I truly hope JCE Editor and Jooomshaper can work on making this a better experience.

Please add it to the requests.

Thanks Britt

Thank you for the response. Yes they are working on it. Until the issue is solved, kindly stick to the TinyMCE Editor for now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Please do let me know if there is any other query, I am happy to provide assistance. If there is no other query, kindly accept the most useful answer in order to resolve and close the post.

Have a great day!

I have also sent a bug issue to JCE Editor as well.

Hopefully between you all it can be worked out.

Thanks Britt

Yes, that's great. Regarding JCE, they will release the latest version with bug-fixed within a few days. However, before that, enabling JCE shows an error message has nothing to do from our end for now except disabling it as it happens from their end.

SP Page Builder just sent me the following message indicating they have fixed the issue:

Hi,

This is fixed in JCE Pro 2.9.12 Beta ... and will be fixed int he next update.

Thank you,

Tip for all Joomla webmasters - please update all extensions including JCE Core/Pro to v2.9.20 (!) before Joomla 4 upgrade.

Just to let you know this is happening native to the tinyMCE editor.
