Border Around Main Menu Items

Hi!
We use Helix Ultimate and need to follow some guidelines from our partner Real Madrid Foundation.
- Every item in the main menu needs to have a border around it.
- We need to add a small menu at the top of the main menu (with contact details etc)
- We also need to add a logo at the right of the menu

It needs to use so many custom css. And we do not provide customization support. You have to done it by yourself as there is no deafult feature like this on our template. For css you can follow this blog
