I followed that and the result is what I sent. An Akeeba back-up in zip format

Thanks for the backup. I have got this now. Please help me find the issue. What did you exactly do that caused this issue? Maybe you have added some code in the Custom Code option. Give me the code and details. It will help me to fix the issue.

I am not totally sure what I did. But I think I put code in the custom code field (in the before head section). Then removed it when I relaized it was in the wrong place. I may not have removed it all completely.
