Slideshow Won't Autoplay After Opening A New Tab In The Browser

Hello,

I'm using the SP Page Builder Slideshow addon with autoplay enabled.

When I open a new browser tab and then go back to the website autoplay no longer works. The Slideshow stops on one slide.

Autoplay begins again if I click the navigation arrows on the Slideshow.

Is there any way to make the Slideshow continue playing automatically when I return to the website?
