Many Problem With Shaper_MovieW Template

Hello,

We buy Shaper_MovieW template and installed it with the quickstarter pack, but we've got many problems. 🙁

First, when we go to the home page a 404 error appear with un loooong error message (see Picture 1). ![http://migration.storycity.fr/Picture1.png]

When, we try to upgrade the template to his 2.3 version, the answer is Downlaod failed. Same thing when we try to update SP Page Builder Pro to his 3.7.14 version.. (Picture 2) ![http://migration.storycity.fr/Picture2.png]

When we try to download the upgrades manually with the links, we obtain a 403 error in all cases (picture 3, same answer for the Template and the SP Page Builder Pro) 🙁 ![http://migration.storycity.fr/Picture3.png]

Can you help us to correct this errors ?

We've got another problem : soudainly, between two sessions, the home page is out again : a 1064 error. :(

It's very strange, because nothing special happened between the two sessions...

However, i'm not sure to understand your last message : must I have to click on "Accept Answer" button when i post a question to have answers for other users too ?

This is not mandatory but good for the community. If you accept any answer, it would go up and show as the first answer. Many times, users get help from this.
