I've been using Joomshaper's software for more than 10 years and I've always been very satisfied (I've tested other frameworks as well, but that's just the easiest to use).

I've noticed recently that a lot of users are behaving inappropriately. This is not only the case here, but also on many other support sites. Nobody wants to wait longer than 5 minutes for an answer and everyone wants to be treated preferentially. And when something doesn't work, people immediately get aggressive.

Many forget that there is a lot of work behind such a system. Helix is free! A great product, without which I could not imagine my day-to-day work. It is legitimate that the Pro version of SPPageBuilder should cost some money. Other manufacturers would charge 5 times as much. The Joomshaper staff are available to users almost 24 hours a day and really go out of their way.

In my opinion, many problems are caused by the users themselves. Instead of looking for bugs in the forum, a new thread is opened. Instead of first testing all functions, updates or extensions on the home computer, this is done right away on the live page.

I have already carried out around 1000 Joomla installations and around the same number of other CMS manufacturers. About 3% have been online for years (companies, friends, acquaintances and my own) although I am not a professional. I am also only registered or write in very few support forums because almost all solutions can be found somewhere (except of course new software) or fix them by myself.

As for Joomla 4, I just want to say that it is a challenge for all extension developers. Web development is so fast that today's one is just old again.
