Nothing has changed in the settings of this template SP Page Builder (name Layout Bundles - IT Solution). It is downloaded from your server.

Hello there,

Please use the following code inside the custom CSS section. 

#sppb-addon-wrapper-1619605973857{
transform: rotate(-16deg) !important;
}

It will solve the issue temporarily. It will be fixed permanently in the next update.
