Hello I Have a website with two language : English + French I make the English as default language I want to make a landing page for the website so when I enter to http://medicollege.org/ it open the landing page but cuz I make the english as default it redirect to http://medicollege.org/en what shall I do ??

Hello Ghada Zoubi

Please go to System -> Plugins -> Language Filter and set Yes to Remove URL Language Code.

Hello ... thank you alot but I want to explain my issue in more details :

  1. I made a landing page which allow users to choose the langauge they want
  2. I make this page as a default also choose special template and make it default
  3. create English menu and french menu with thier own templates
  4. made the english as a default language
  5. make the step that you told me in the answer

but still the same : https://medicollege.org/

Sorry, it is not possible this way. Your site default language template will always load by default. In your case, English template is loading because English is your default language.

You have to make another language default. Then you can uninstall the current default language.
